The network has added affiliates in Nice, the Cayman Islands, St Vincent and the Grenadines and Costa Rica, and unveiled new partnerships and referral technology at its 2026 Global Conference in Cyprus

PAPHOS, CYPRUS, 20 October 2026 – Chestertons Global has added partners in eight new markets over the past year. It announced the growth at its 2026 Global Conference, held at Leptos Group's Coral Beach Hotel & Resort in Paphos.

New affiliates announced at the conference include Chestertons Nice, led by Olivier Morvan, which holds an exclusive licence for Nice and has an office in Valbonne, near the Sophia Antipolis technology park. In the Caribbean, MOD Realty joined the network in July. The firm is led by Athena Nicole Smith and recently won Gold for Best Real Estate Company at the 2026 Best of Cayman Islands Awards. Bellegarde Estates, run by Michelle and Pierre Bellegarde, now represents Chestertons in St Vincent and the Grenadines. In Costa Rica, Chestertons awarded an exclusive licence to Dawn Lane's Luxury Lane Realty in September.

The network has also finished onboarding the partners it announced at last year's conference in Bahrain, Cannes, Marbella and Malaysia.

Chestertons Global has made three senior hires this year. Alasdair Hedley joined this month as Chief of Strategy and Global Expansion. He has built relationships across more than 40 markets and held senior international roles at Countrywide, Hamptons International and John D Wood & Co. John Stevens was appointed CEO of Chestertons MENA in March and brings more than 30 years of real estate experience in the Middle East and Asia with Asteco, JLL, CBRE and Colliers. Ramzi Darwish has joined as CEO and Country Head for Saudi Arabia after more than 12 years with Savills Middle East.

Chestertons has also strengthened the team internally. Cory McNally moved from Chestertons UK to Chestertons Global as Global Expansion Director in February, after 16 years with the UK business, and has led the network's growth across the Caribbean.

Mohamed Mussa, Managing Director of Chestertons Global, said: “This has been a landmark year for Chestertons Global. Adding eight new markets and welcoming outstanding partners from Nice to the Cayman Islands shows how much appetite there is among the best independent agents to be part of a global brand.

“The Chestertons brand opens doors, but it's the people of Chestertons who create the opportunities. That's why we've brought in senior talent like Alasdair, John and Ramzi, and why we're investing in partnerships and technology that help our affiliates look after their clients across borders.

“Technology doesn't create relationships. Our job is to make sure it gets out of the way and makes it as easy as possible for those relationships to turn into business.

Chestertons Global has also unveiled new technology to help affiliates win and share more business. A new lead portal sends website enquiries to the right affiliate in under a minute, and a new global website launching in Q4 is designed to make affiliates easier to find on search engines and AI search tools. A dedicated cross-border referral platform is planned for 2027.

The network is also trialling DEXA, an AI property assistant from technology partner DevsSpace, which answers buyers' questions using live listing data and captures enquiries around the clock in several languages. In addition, a new referral partnership with Key Currency, an FCA-regulated foreign exchange consultancy, gives affiliates a share of the profit on currency referrals, along with regular market updates to share with clients.
