Chestertons Global, the international real estate network built on over 200 years of brokerage heritage, has announced a strategic partnership with JamesEdition, the world’s leading marketplace for luxury real estate and assets.
This collaboration marks an important step in Chestertons Global’s digital expansion strategy, designed to empower its affiliate network with greater international exposure, enhanced lead generation, and direct access to a highly qualified audience of global luxury buyers.
Through the partnership, Chestertons Global’s extensive portfolio of premium properties and its network of agents will gain increased visibility across JamesEdition’s global platform, which connects brokers to a community of ultra-high-net-worth individuals actively seeking international investment opportunities.
As of October 2025, Chestertons Global features more than 900 active listings on JamesEdition, representing an average listing price of USD 1.2 million. These properties span major markets across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the Caribbean, and North Africa, underscoring Chestertons’ established position within the international luxury real estate landscape.
