This June, Chestertons Global held its inaugural Summit in London, UK; a day filled with insight, connection, and collaboration. Held on the day following Chestertons Polo in the Park, where guests enjoyed world-class hospitality in the Chestertons Suite, the Summit continued the lively atmosphere.

The Chestertons Global team welcomed members of their international network, including affiliates, partners, colleagues and guests at a homely members club in Mayfair, London, for a memorable and impactful day together.

The Chestertons Summit brought together guests from 15 countries, including the UK, UAE, Iraq, India, Cyprus, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Romania, and several Caribbean territories such as St Lucia, Grenada, Bermuda, and Antigua. 

Following a relaxed breakfast reception, a fast-paced programme of presentations and active discussions, offered a dynamic mix of company updates, market intelligence, and thought leadership. Guests exchanged views on global real estate trends, shared local expertise, and explored new areas for collaboration and partnership.

We’re especially grateful to colleagues from Chestertons UK and MENA for their contributions, alongside our trusted partners at Relevance PR and International Multiple Listing Service. Valuable insights were shared on key markets such as London and Dubai, with dedicated sessions tailored to both sales and lettings professionals.

The day also included a curated tour of two standout London developments, Chelsea Waterfront and The Bryanston, providing guests with a first hand view of the capital’s super-prime market and its investment appeal.

Concluding with a private dinner at Paper Moon, conversations continued over contemporary fine dining at London’s historic Old War Office.
