Introducing Tony Picon as Chestertons’ new Director for Business Development and Support, Asia Pacific

With a wealth of experience in Southeast Asian real estate markets, Tony Picon is bringing his expertise to Chestertons as Director for Business Development and Support across Asia Pacific.

After gaining extensive industry experience in Vietnam, Thailand, and Laos, Tony moved to Yangon in 2012, establishing Colliers’ first Myanmar office in 2013, the country’s first international real estate consultancy.  Determined to play a part in helping move the country forward, Tony was the inaugural president of the British Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar, set up in mid-2014. From 2022 to 2024 he worked as a consultant for research and industrial projects in Vietnam including for Chestertons.

In his new role at Chestertons, Tony’s passion for travel, along with his insight and commitment to regional development, will be invaluable as the company grows its presence and provides tailored support to affiliates across Asia.  

Having Tony on board will help Chestertons to meet its target of having 30 countries part of it's global network by the end of 2025, as it continues to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service to its growing international client base.
