Jawad El Hassani Sbai is CEO of Chestertons Morocco, which launched in February 2021 as the first Chestertons office in Africa. The firm specialises in new homes and luxury property across Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech and Tangier, with particular expertise in off-plan residential and commercial real estate. His background spans the investment industry in the US and KPMG, followed by 12 years running real estate businesses in Morocco.
